So he built Dossier. It finds postings, then writes a tailored resume, cover letter and email for each job, using only facts from her profile. It tracks every application from draft to offer on a board, and it runs on your own server, with a local AI model option, so your data stays with you. She landed a job with it, so he open-sourced it for anyone in the same spot. It is free at http://github.com/AienTech/dossier.
