简短概述

作者称用自建框架复刻了部分 Notion 和 Google Sheets:浏览器采集交互、截图与 DOM,整理为说明交给 Codex SDK,再对照原应用的流程、数值和截图差异迭代修复。

I cloned part of Notion and Google Sheets to show you what a software factory could look like. Autonomous agents are going to be able to replicate pretty much any software (or anything they can see and interact with). I built a simple harness to show you what I mean. You give it a URL and then it opens a real browser, clicks around, takes screenshots, inspects the DOM, and captures how the software works. It turns those observations into a Markdown brief and hands it to a coding agent (I used the Codex SDK, with terminal access and an MCP bridge that lets the agent use the browser itself). The original app’s JavaScript gets stripped out and the agent writes its own interaction logic. Then it opens the replica and runs the same workflows on both. Types into cells, checks formulas, opens menus. Compares text, values, and screenshots. Measures the pixel differences and keeps fixing what’s wrong until it's done! What's fun is that you watch the original on the left, the replica on the right, and the agent working underneath. You can click on Compare and superimpose both screenshots. Software is going to get very easy to copy so no more excuse to ship crappy software!
